The Confidence Outreach Drum and Dance program is an enrichment program that teaches adolescents drumming, dancing, and theater arts. Teens learn to express themselves in a variety of modalities and develop music appreciation, performance skills, and proficiency on diverse percussion instruments while learning life skills. The program promotes creativity through improvisation and composition while teaching responsibility, cooperation, leadership and teamwork through instrument care, practice, solo, and group performance.
